After successful completion, you will receive a 50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from our registered yoga school. While this course alone does not qualify you as a certified yoga teacher, the hours can be counted towards a full Yoga Alliance certification if you choose to continue your training.

No, a 50-Hour course alone is not sufficient to become a certified yoga teacher. However, it provides a strong foundation and valuable experience, especially for beginners. Many students use this course as a first step before joining a full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

We teach traditional Hatha Yoga with elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. The focus is on proper alignment, breathing techniques and understanding the philosophy behind the practice.
