Upon successful completion, you'll receive a 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from our Registered Yoga School (RYS), recognized by Yoga Alliance, USA.
The 100-hour course provides a solid foundation. While you can teach with this certification, many students continue to the 200-hour program for full certification. This course is an excellent stepping stone.
We teach traditional Hatha Yoga with elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. The focus is on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and understanding the philosophy behind the practice.
Bring comfortable yoga clothes, a yoga mat (or rent one), notebook, water bottle, and an open mind. All course materials and cleansing supplies are provided.
Accommodation is included in the $599 (shared room) and $699 (private room) packages. The $399 course-only option does not include accommodation.
